Joiner

The primary role is based on everyday tradesman tasks in the refurbishment and maintenance sector. You will be required to work alongside various other trades. You will be a point of contact for contracts managers and other site operatives. Dependent on demonstrated ability, this role also offers further opportunities for management development.

Main Duties:

• General joinery duties
• Undertaking reactive maintenance as required.
• Undertaking snagging works.
• Any other site duties as reasonably expected.

Essential Criteria:

• Knowledge of public sector works.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A good understanding of other trades and their roles.
• Good attention to detail and good time management skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Health and Safety competent.
• Driving Licence
• Own tools.

Salary
